This architectural project pays homage to the rich history of El Cabañal by weaving the past into the present. Situated in one of the iconic neighborhoods of Valencia, the house preserves its traditional essence while embracing contemporary living.
The pre-existing structure serves as the foundation, enriched by carefully selected modern materials that accentuate its original character. This approach achieves a seamless harmony between old and new, celebrating the craftsmanship of the past while incorporating the comforts and advancements of today.
By recovering the material identity of the primitive dwelling, the house becomes a living testament to El Cabañal’s heritage, offering a timeless space that respects its roots and looks toward the future.
